Tom combines a strong technical background, a first-class digital marketing education, and two decades of IT and project management experience to support the Outsource Digital team. With a career rooted in problem-solving, systems knowledge, and detail-driven execution, Tom plays a key role in delivering high-quality websites, SEO improvements, and bespoke digital solutions.

Before moving into digital marketing, Tom spent over 20 years in IT roles across systems administration, software rollouts, network infrastructure and first-line support for a multi-company group in the insurance and financial services sector. This experience instilled a highly practical understanding of how digital systems work behind the scenes, a foundation that now informs his technical approach to web development, functionality integrations, and troubleshooting.

At Outsource Digital, Tom leads on complex website projects, particularly those requiring custom features, integrations, or tailored technical solutions. His background in graphic design and professional photography also strengthens our creative output, supporting clients with original imagery that enhances brand identity and boosts brand performance.

Technical SEO: Applies structured, methodical SEO improvements, from on-page optimisation to technical refinements that support search visibility through both traditional and emerging channels, particularly AI models and voice search agents.

Project management: Uses his extensive systems administration and IT project background to lead larger builds, coordinate specialist tasks, and plan phased development.
