With a background in operations and marketing, Gemma is a Director and is also a Higher Education lecturer, in the final year of her own Doctorate. Her qualifications reflect both her academic depth and industry recognition: BSc(Hons), MSc, MA, ACIM, and Chartered Marketer status (CMktr).
James
A web developer with 15 years’ experience, James is a CIM and Google qualified Paid Search Specialist. His expertise covers website builds, website development, and PPC, bringing technical precision and campaign insight. Alongside Gemma, James makes up the other half of our Directorship team.
Scott
With over 30 years in sales and marketing, including 12 years in digital marketing, Scott combines commercial acumen with strategic depth. His MBA and memberships with CMI and CIM (MCMI, MCIM, CMgr) highlight his leadership and professional credibility.
Tom
With 20 years of IT project management experience and a BA(Hons) plus DMDA qualification, Tom specialises in optimised web design and development. He also brings proven skills in managing complex digital projects from start to finish.
